Gems and tickets

I really enjoy playing this game but I feel that there should be some other way for us to earn gems and tickets... Not everyone wants to spend a bunch of money to get a few gems thats going to be used within a hour and waiting three hours for only three tickets is ridiculous... I really like this game and I dont wanna stop playing it because of unreasonable prices...
