Probleme

Hi its the third time that I installed the game and I really want to play it but I am forced to delete it again cause every time I open the app. It just say that I have a problem with my Internet connection but I am pretty sure that my Internet works because I dont have any problem with my other games who also need Internet connection
Could anyone help me I really dont want to delete
